DjangoCon AU runs as a specialist track within the Australian national Python conference, PyCon AU.
As PyCon AU is not running in 2022, DjangoCon AU will also not be running.
We encourage Django enthusiasts to attend other Django events, if you are able:
DjangoCon Europe plans to run in September in Porto, Portugal.
DjangoCon US plans to run in October in San Diego, USA.
There are also a number of Python meetups running in local cities throughout the year that we encourage you to attend.
PyCon AU will return in 2023 in Adelaide, South Australia. We encourage those interested in organising the DjangoCon specialist track for 2023 to get in touch with please get in touch with Katie at katie@djangocon.com.au. She is open to discussing the logistics involved, and to help review submission statements.
